Therapy for Adults

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and better understand what you may be carrying.

At different stages of life, many adults experience anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves. Sometimes these struggles are linked to a specific event, and sometimes they build slowly over time.

I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My work is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each person’s needs.

Together, we may explore emotional patterns, relationships, identity, nervous system responses, life transitions, loss, or the impact of past experiences. Sessions can include reflective conversation, creative processes, and practical tools that support emotional regulation and self-understanding.

My approach

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy. I pay close attention to the ways past experiences shape present challenges, while also remaining focused on what feels most present and important in your life today.

Together, we pay attention to patterns in relationships, emotions, life experiences, and ways of relating to yourself and others. Through this process, deeper insight and lasting change can emerge.

I view therapy not as a process of fixing what is wrong, but of deepening understanding, fostering self-compassion, and creating the conditions for meaningful growth and healing.
