In sessions, art becomes a pathway, not for performance or perfection, but for expression, reflection, and healing. You don’t need to have any art skills. Not at all. Art therapy isn’t about skill, it’s about expression. The materials are simply tools to help you explore, reflect, and communicate. Some people never pick up a brush, and that’s okay too.

Sessions are typically once per week. This helps build safety, consistency, and momentum in the work. However, frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and goals.

Parent consultation focuses on supporting you in your caregiving role, without the child necessarily being in the session. It’s a space to reflect, understand, and explore new ways of supporting your child from an attachment and developmentally-informed perspective.

Yes. I offer virtual sessions to clients in a variety of locations around the world. As long as local regulations permit and we can coordinate across time zones, I’m happy to explore working together. Your information will never be shared without your express permission, except where legally required (such as situations involving safety or mandated reporting). We can always talk more about confidentiality during our first session, and you're welcome to ask questions at any time.
