Offerings

Every child and teen deserves a space where they can slow down, feel seen, and begin to make sense of their inner world. Whether your child is just beginning to find words for big feelings, a teen navigating complex emotions and identity, or you’re simply looking to better understand and support them, therapy can help.

I currently offer virtual sessions for individuals and families internationally, as well as in-person sessions in Beirut, Lebanon.

Offerings may include:

  • Individual therapy

  • Parent consultation

  • Cross-cultural adaptation of therapeutic approaches

  • Support for caregivers and humanitarian workers

  • Support for families relocating to new countries

For clients based in the United States: At this time, within the United States, I am only licensed to offer therapy virtually to clients residing in Washington, DC. I hope to expand my licensure to additional states in the future. If you live outside of DC but within the U.S., I am still available for parent guidance and coaching.

Individual Therapy

  • I offer individual sessions for children and teens (ages 3 and up), designed to meet each young person where they are. Together, we explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences through play, art, conversation, or quiet reflection, always at their own pace.

My approach supports emotional regulation, attachment, and self-understanding, while nurturing each child’s strengths and innate capacity for growth. Art-making is always an option, never an expectation. It is just one of many ways we might express what can be hard to put into words.

Parent Consultation

  • Sometimes the most meaningful support for a child starts with supporting their parent or caregiver. I offer attachment-focused consultation sessions to help parents:

    • Understand their child’s behavior through a developmental lens

    • Navigate emotional challenges with clarity and confidence

    • Build deeper connection and co-regulation at home

These sessions are collaborative and rooted in the belief that you know your child best, and that with the right support, growth and connection can flourish.

Group Therapy

  • Group therapy offers a unique space for connection, shared experience, and relational healing. Grounded in the same holistic and attachment-informed approach as my individual work, groups provide opportunities to explore emotions, express creativity, and build inner and interpersonal resilience, all within the safety of a supportive community.

Groups may focus on themes such as:

    • Emotional expression and regulation

    • Social connection and self-awareness

    • Grief, transition, or identity exploration

    • Creative processing through art and play

Each group is carefully designed to meet the needs of its members. Please reach out to learn about upcoming offerings or to inquire about a group for your child, teen, or yourself.

Fees

The baseline fee for a 50-minute individual session is $125.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces based on financial need. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and I will do my best to work with your budget.
